Help Desk Central
We Never Close! Twenty-four hours a day, seven days a week, and 365 days a year. If you have a computing question, call or email Help Desk Central (HDC). This support center for the university community and beyond provides help that ranges from hardware and software to wireless and web to accounts and allocations.
HDC is easily reached by phone at 979.845.8300 and by email at helpdesk@tamu.edu. They provide walk-up service for forgotten passwords or account issues at Room 1112 of the Computing Services Center. Also, the HDC web site provides a vast array of online support for many of the systems used and issues faced by the faculty, staff, and students of Texas A&M.
