Texas A&M Information Technology Receives SIGUCCS Communication Awards

The Office of the Vice President and Associate Provost for Information Technology's Communications & Marketing is being recognized with three ACM Special Interest Group on University and College Computing Services (SIGUCCS) Communication Awards (www.siguccs.org). These awards acknowledge excellence in developing useful and appealing materials to enhance information technology services. The Welcome to Howdy video (Best of Category) and the Getting Started, Personalizing, and Getting Help videos (Award of Excellence) can be viewed at howdy.tamu.edu. The IT Services campaign for New Student Conferences also received an Award of Excellence. The awards will be presented at the SIGUCCS 2008 Fall Conference, October 19-22, in Portland, Oregon.
