Who We Are

The Office of the Vice President and Associate Provost for Information Technology (VPAPIT) is composed of six information technology-based departments:

• Computing and Information Services (CIS)
• Educational Broadcast Services (EBS)
• Enterprise Information Systems (EIS)
• Instructional Media Services (IMS)
• Instructional Technology Services (ITS)
• Telecommunications (Telecom)
• Networking and Information Security (NIS)

Each of the components of VPAPIT is focused on not only providing the best quality resources, services and support to the faculty, staff and students of Texas A&M, but also to the university's strategic plan.
